Amongst the starters, the grilled octopus was tenderized and curled-up as a flower. The soft Escargot has been a staple of French cuisine. The Beef tartare was well seasoned and served with crispy toast. The French onion soup was made rich with caramelized onions and broiled bread topped with melted cheese.
