Elephant Grounds is a really good coffee shop & cafe with a few branches around the city including this nicely located branch on Wing Fung St. in Wanchai. They offer friendly, casual, neighbourhood style dining environs. Opening hours are 8am to 9pm (weekends) and 9am to 9pm (weekends). I like their coffee, espresso has a nice boldness and flavour, not too bitter or citrusy. Breakfast orders here are really good as well. I like their corn beef hash (savoury) order as well as the Acai Yoghurt bowl, OG pancake and fig on toast (sweet) orders. Dishes are attractive and taste pretty good as well. Delivery and take-away orders are packaged very nicely as well to protect the orders.
Overall, a great choice for morning breakfasts or coffee anytime of the day. Do note that they are often busy so not always easy to find a place to seat at the Elephant Grounds branches. So be ready for take-away if you arrive and found a crowd waiting to get in for seating.
